You are able to reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

We are a cash practice and not in network with any insurance companies. We are unable to take any auto/personal injury, workers’ comp, or medicare/medicaid. We accept cash, check, debit/credit/HSA/FSA cards.
